Jeff has had a lifelong passion for aircraft and his career in Business Aviation now spans over two decades. A journey that began with a company managing VIP Boeing airliners, an experience that introduced him to the complexities of private aviation and aircraft operations.

In 2004, he moved into private jet brokerage, joining a leading charter service where he gained invaluable insight into the needs of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. A few years later, he became a minority shareholder in a boutique London-based charter brokerage, further deepening his expertise in aircraft transactions and client management.

In 2008, Jeff moved to Zurich to take on the role of Head of Aircraft Management at a well-established aviation firm, overseeing ultra-long-range executive jets and airliners for VIP clients. Two years later, he co-founded a boutique aircraft charter brokerage in Switzerland, specializing in tailored solutions for private aviation clients.

In 2024, he brought together a team of experienced aviation professionals to launch Forté Aviation Consultants.

With over 18 years of experience in business aviation, James has had an extensive career in senior roles in the industry’s largest charter and fractional operators globally. With a strong emphasis on commercial operations, James brings deep insight into helping clients analyse both short on long term needs in some of our most complex and demanding scenarios.

Starting his career in London Heliport, to fractional operations in Lisbon, charter sales in Austria and onto to more global functions from London, James is particularly attuned to the truly international demands of Business Aviation and the nuances of supporting clients in their personal needs.

James is well known for building long lasting, deep relationships with his clients supporting them beyond their day to day and showing true empathy to what happens both before and after the flight.

He is a passionate ambassador of the industry and the role of the individual being an extension of a client’s setup well beyond the needs of flying itself.

Daniella is a seasoned sales leader with over 15 years of experience in the Business Aviation industry, specialising in private jet charters, aircraft sales, and high-level client relations. Her expertise extends across key markets globally, where she has built strong client relationships and successfully managed transactions from ones of charter, aircraft lease as well as aircraft sales and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Forté, Daniella held senior roles in one of the industry’s largest operators where she oversaw sales for a growing fleet of ultra long-range aircraft. Additionally, she has covered wider roles across fuel servicing and handling, gaining a broad understanding of aviation operations, FBOs and flight planning.

Daniella is recognised for her strategic approach to revenue growth, operational excellence, and ability to navigate complex, high-pressure environments with ease.

Her dedication, industry knowledge, and customer-centric approach make her a well-regarded professional in the world of private aviation.

Karmen has 13 years’ experience in Business Aviation across charter sales and aircraft management. She has worked for a European aircraft operator and management company, managing privately owned planes for high-net-worth individual aircraft owners, fleet charter sales B2B and charter sales B2C. Karmen has also enjoyed leadership roles as Head of Sales where she was responsible for business development and sales strategy, customer service, and oversaw a team of sales executives.

In joining Forté Karmen also brings deep charter brokerage experience including key account management, B2C charter sales. She is passionate about developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This she provides through ensuring tailored service, a strong supplier network and overseeing every detail of flight operations. She is fluent in English, Slovenian and French.

Mladen studied Hotel Management and Business Administration in Montreux Switzerland. He has also recently completed an MBA. He has over 13 years of experience in Business Aviation.

His first work exposure to Business Aviation was working for a Swiss charter aviation company for three years as Regional Coordinator. Representing the firm to clients and at tourism/aviation fairs and shows business development as well as sales and marketing coordination.

Following corporate roles in oil and gas and luxury watches, in 2014 Mladen returned to aviation – joining a company managing six heavy jets and the Principal’s yacht. Here he coordinated the aircraft crew and managed charters by third parties. Mladen joined Forté in January 2025. He speaks Russian and Serbian.

Soukaina has ten years of experience in the Business Aviation industry and considers herself highly privileged to have worked within some of the largest charter brokers and operators globally. With this deep understanding at her disposal, she specialises in providing bespoke, tailored flight services that meet the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and governments.

Soukaina prides herself in providing 24/7 availability and has an enviable track record of matching clients with the ideal aircraft whilst delivering exceptional service and reliability at every step of their charter experience. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
