PRIVACY POLICY
Forte Aviation Consultants FZCO (herein referred to as Forté) provide a range of tailored options for the use, charter, lease and/or purchase of transportation solutions. Your privacy is therefore critically important to us and throughout this policy we will explain the type of information we may gather or may be required to gather from you, what we do with the data and how we protect it.
We process personal data in accordance with the law. We process personal data:
  • with your consent;
  • in order to perform our services as per the terms of our agreement;
  • because we are required to process your data by border control authorities; and/or otherwise in accordance with legislation.
We do not collect more information than is necessary to perform our services or provide you with information about our current and/or future services. We do not actively collect sensitive information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
Personal data is any information that will identify you personally or from which you can be identified either directly or indirectly. Such data is not only limited to name, telephone number and/or a physical address but may also include online identifiers. The data we collect from you will depend on the nature of our interaction but may include the following:
  • Contact Data: we collect personal and/or business contact details including name, address, telephone number, email address and other similar data.
  • Travel Data: we collect information that is legally required for travel such as passport details, visas, identification cards and/or other travel documents.
  • Payment Data: we collect information that is necessary for processing payments and preventing fraud, including credit card numbers, bank account details and other related billing information.
  • Website browsing data: we collect information about your visit to the Forté website, including the content you view and with which you interact. This information may be collected through automated data collection means including cookies. These cookies are used by Google Analytics to store information regarding visits to our website via the visitors IP address. Google may store information collected by these cookies on servers in the USA and may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties are contracted by Google to process the information.
  • Sensitive information: we may collect information related to your travel preferences or requirements such as meal preferences, mobility assistance and/or medical documents (including medical history as required). Children’s data: we will only collect children’s personal data as required under the relevant legislation and for the purposes of travel requirements. Forté does not target its website to children.
What happens if you do not share data? You are not required to provide Forté with personal data. However insofar as that information relates to travel requirements, such information is required not by Forté but by aircraft operators and local border control authorities. Consequently, without such data we may be unable to process your request and/or you may be unable to complete your flight.

We collect and use personal data to manage our relationship with you, including for the purposes of:
providing a seamless customer experience (including bookings, pre and post flight communications and other travel related assistance);

  • compliance with applicable laws, regulations and/or requirements from aviation authorities, to operate our services properly and to solve any customer disputes;
  • maintaining the integrity and security of our website, services and preventing and detecting security threats;
  • communicating about Forté services, which may include responses to inquiries or requests; and/or
    providing personalised promotional offers on Forté services.

 

Your data is disclosed to Forté employees for the purposes of performing services under our agreements with you.

Please note that we are also required to share travel data with other service providers so that you may complete your flight. Such service providers include: operators of the aircraft, ground handling agents and chauffeur car companies.

We may share your personal data when we believe, in good faith, that we have an obligation to do so to comply with legislative requirements, on request from a court of law and/or to protect the rights or personal safety of Forté and/or our employees.
We will not share your data with advertisers.

In circumstances where for strategic or other business reasons Forté decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganise businesses we may disclose or transfer your personal data to prospective or actual purchasers. We will seek appropriate protection for your personal
data if such circumstances arise.

Forté uses reasonable and appropriate physical and technical procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process. Forté will retain personal data as required or permitted by law and whilst data will continue to have a legitimate business purpose.
You are entitled to ask us for a copy of any personal data that you have provided to Forté previously or that we maintain about you. You are also entitled to withdraw any previously granted consent or to request a correction or deletion of your personal data. We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted here. If we make significant changes we may also notify you by other means.
